Returns & Exchanges

At T.U.K. Shoes, we want you to love your new creepers and boots, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure soles are clean and free of wear to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original T.U.K. box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer or outer box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
